Mia Rothstein is a high-impact leader with 20 years of progressive experience in fashion, beauty, and home; and has a proven track record of launching and building successful lifestyle brands.
Most recently, serving at Anne Klein as Senior Vice President, she was responsible for the creative, product, and merchandise direction and overseeing a best-in-class licensee portfolio. She launched several new product categories for the brand and was integral in bringing Anne Klein back to New York Fashion Week after the brand's twelve-year absence. She partnered with BCRF to support breast cancer awareness and launched a bi-weekly social series titled #Women Who Do, featuring renowned CEOs, designers, and trailblazers.
Before joining Anne Klein, Mia was a founding member of Marquee Brands. She oversaw the acquisition and turnaround of brands, including Bruno Magli, Ben Sherman, Body Glove & BCBG. Mia spent time on both the Brand Management side of the business and as SVP, Head of Global Brand Merchandising. She was also intimately involved in developing and executing the company's "smart retail" and in-house eCommerce strategies.
Prior to her role at Marquee Brands, Mia served as Vice President of Brand Management at Iconix Brand Group and held various titles in their Brand and Merchandising division. During her tenure at Iconix, Mia oversaw 12 brands within their portfolio ranging from Luxury to Mass. She was integral in growing Badgley Mischka, London Fog, and Danskin and implementing new brand strategies for the company, and expanding its licensing program internationally and across fashion, beauty, and home.
Mia began her career in the specialty retail sector where she held buying and product development positions at various banners within the Aldo Group, Le Chateau, Vince Camuto, and Steve Madden.

Siobhan Lee is a business and creative driver. Her experience garnished during a 15-year tenure has shaped a well-rounded approach to multifaceted and comprehensive consulting. Her passion for innovation and delivering inspired depth to a brand brings her work to life.
Her most current work focuses on brand building and licensing consulting. She brings her experiences in merchandising and buying, wholesale management, licensing, and wardrobe styling to curate a full-scale brand experience for her clients. With an in-depth focus across many industries from beauty, wellness, fashion, & home, she’s expanded categories and successfully grew brand recognition.
Before venturing into the consulting world, Siobhan served as Director of Brand Management at Iconix Brand Group, where she managed Madonna’s Joint Venture and multiple Women’s brands within the company’s portfolio. She was responsible for maintaining licensee relationships, category expansion, merchandising, and trend direction.
Prior to Iconix Brand Group, Siobhan was the Director of Wholesale at Dior, overseeing Men’s and Women’s Apparel for North America.
Siobhan started her career at the Anthropologie Home Office in the merchandising and buying department, where she cultivated her talent for combining her creativity and business mindset. She worked as the senior merchant responsible for launching their private label and wholesale brands. She concluded her tenure at Anthropologie as the company’s Styling Director.
Her success is directly attributed to her mentors, who encouraged her to carve a niche, allowing space for a business-focused mind and a creative soul to flourish.
